Jamie Noise

In these photos by Jamie Noise we see colour and vibrance which isn’t shown in the other images I talked about. These are just some images by Noise and he is going for a certain aesthetic and he describes his style to be “terrible, grainy, drug-induced, low budget, sexy, French, 60s b-movie.” In this case Jamie Noise mostly uses Lomography 800 35 mm or Polaroid 600 for these images unlike the others which it seems like they used a DSLR. So far, all my test shots have been in colour but none are this vibrant so I could try experimenting with some objects and make them more vibrant. Looking at these images and comparing mine I have noticed that the bright images seem to show more noise than the darker ones. As he explains in the interview, he usually either overexposes or underexposes his images and then edits them in post. So far I have not edited any test shots but I plan to experiment on it.
